TIMOTHY PETERS
Chief Executive Officer
Tim Peters is the CEO of IBI, and since 2006, has represented more than 1000 clients at their hearings. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri as well as the University of Missouri School of Law. Tim has been a practicing attorney since 2004, almost exclusively in the field of Disability Law.

My team and I are passionate about what we try to do every day -- serve the disabled. The IBI organization supports insurers by providing strong and effective claimant advocacy. Our goal is to translate our specialized professionals and innovative processes into solutions our customers can depend on.
SUZANNE THOENEN
VP of Claim Operations
Suzanne Thoenen is the Vice President of Claims Operations and has been with IBI for 15 years. Prior to joining IBI, Suzanne adjudicated SSA Disability claims for the Missouri Department of Disability Determination. She has a BS in Elementary Education and taught 4th grade before moving into the disability industry. Personally, Suzanne is a proud mother of two daughters.
JOHN MATTOX
VP of Benefit Integration
John has been with IBI for over 15 years and oversees Overpayment Recovery. John and his team process awards, correct SSA payment errors, and help facilitate the overpayment recovery process. Whether it’s helping claimants and insurers navigate the financial details of the SSA or advocating for child abuse victims as a leader in the Mid Missouri Chapter of Bikers Against Child Abuse (BACA), John has spent almost a lifetime passionately supporting others.
HANAN AL-DARAWEESH
Assistant VP of Representation
Hanan Al-Daraweesh is an Assistant VP of Representation at IBI. She has practiced Social Security law since 2009 and joined IBI 6 years ago. She represents clients at SSDI hearings and has helped thousands of clients through the disability process across the country. Also, Hanan provides crucial support and knowledge to her team of attorneys.
MATT IMHOFF
Assistant VP of Representation
Matthew Imhoff is Assistant Vice President of Representation, at Integrated Benefits, Inc. He currently co-supervises a team of fifteen attorneys and law clerks. During his time at Integrated Benefits, Inc., he has represented claimants at hearings, at the Appeals Council, and in Federal District Court throughout the United States.
Matthew is a member of the Federal District Courts for the Western District of Missouri and the District of Nebraska. Matthew graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in May 2010. He and his wife, Jaime, have two children.
ANITA KULAKOWSKI
Director of Strategic Partnerships
Anita Kulakowski has been with Integrated Benefits Inc. since 2015. She specializes in the Social Security Disability process and is an integral resource to insurance companies. Her focus has always been to help people obtain the benefits they deserve, as well as, educating them throughout the SSDI process. Anita is a member of the New England Claims Association, on the marketing committee for the Council of Disability Awareness, and a member of the International Claim Association Disability Committee.
Prior to her Social Security experience, Anita worked in other legal industries. She graduated from Hobart and William Smith Colleges with a double major in Sociology and Latin American Studies, with a minor in Spanish. Anita is fluent in Polish and proficient in Spanish. She enjoys immersing herself in other cultures and traveling internationally.
MICHAEL MATTISON
Director of Communications
Michael has represented over 400 claimants seeking Social Security Disability in 48 States and has extensive experience at the hearing level. Now, Michael uses his unique insights to help insurance companies navigate the complex world of Social Security Disability.
In support of key customer accounts, Michael focuses on reviewing cases for SSDI viability, educating on developments at Social Security, and supporting our partners’ efforts to manage the SSDI process.
JOHN MCGRATH
Vice President of Growth
John McGrath is the Vice President of Growth and brings close to two decades to Disability insurance experience including revenue cycle, clinical reviews, and Social Security advocacy. John is dedicated to proactively increasing IBI’s market share and online presence while developing sales and building partnerships for sustained growth. John holds a degree in Business Administration and is a proud husband and father of two.
KYRA RACKERS
Assistant VP of Claim Operations
Kyra Rackers has been with Integrated Benefits, Inc. since 2015. She and her team assist IBI’s clients with the claim process, providing each individual with skilled and compassionate service. When her focus is not on IBI, she enjoys spending time with her husband and four children.
