TIMOTHY PETERS
Chief Executive Officer
Tim Peters is the CEO of IBI, and since 2006, has represented more than 1000 clients at their hearings. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri as well as the University of Missouri School of Law. Tim has been a practicing attorney since 2004, almost exclusively in the field of Disability Law.

My team and I are passionate about what we try to do every day -- serve the disabled. The IBI organization supports insurers by providing strong and effective claimant advocacy. Our goal is to translate our specialized professionals and innovative processes into solutions our customers can depend on.
TED NORWOOD
Chief Legal Officer
Ted Norwood is the Chief Legal Officer of Integrated Benefits, Inc. and has represented Social Security Disability claimants in every state. He graduated from St. Louis University and the University of Missouri-Columbia Law School.
SUZANNE THOENEN
VP of Claim Operations
Suzanne Thoenen is the VP of Claims Operations and has been with IBI for 15 years. Prior to joining IBI, Suzanne adjudicated SSA Disability claims for the Missouri Department of Disability Determination. She has a BS in Elementary Education and taught 4th grade before moving into the disability industry. Personally, Suzanne is a proud mother of two daughters.
JOHN MATTOX
VP of Benefit Integration
John and his team process awards, correct SSA payment errors, and help facilitate the overpayment recovery process. Whether it’s helping claimants and insurers navigate the financial details of the SSA or advocating for child abuse victims as a leader in the Mid Missouri Chapter of Bikers Against Child Abuse (BACA).
MATT IMHOFF
Assistant VP of Representation
Matt supervises a team of over 30 attorneys and law clerks. He has represented claimants at hearings, at the AC, and in Federal District Court. He is a member of the Federal District Courts for the Western District of Missouri and the District of Nebraska. Matthew graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in May 2010 and proud father of two.
ANITA KULAKOWSKI
AVP Account Management
Anita specializes in the Social Security Disability process and is an integral resource to our industry partners. Her focus has always been to help people obtain the benefits they deserve, as well as, educating them throughout the SSDI process. Anita is a member of the ICA Disability Committee. She graduated from Hobart and William Smith Colleges with a double major in Sociology and Latin American Studies, with a minor in Spanish and Anita is fluent in Polish and proficient in Spanish.
JOHN MCGRATH
Vice President of Growth
John McGrath is the Vice President of Growth and brings close to two decades to Disability insurance experience including revenue cycle, clinical reviews, and Social Security advocacy. John is dedicated to proactively increasing IBI’s market share and online presence while developing sales and building partnerships for sustained growth. John holds a degree in Business Administration and is a proud husband and father of two.
